PURPOSE:To cancel a burst error caused by system switching by using system switching information between terminal station equipments for a transmission reception data on a telemetry bit. CONSTITUTION:When an active system is replaced into a standby system due to a fault or the like, a switching device 20 inputs system switching information to a transmission information interface circuit 1. The system switching information is sent to an opposite station together with a main signal via an MUX circuit 2 and a DMUX circuit 5 of the opposite station processes a telemetry bit and the result is outputted to a reception information interface circuit 6. The similar processing is implemented in the MUX circuit 2 of the opposite station and the DMUX circuit 5 of its own station and its own station detects it that the system switching is implemented in the opposite station. Thus, the receiver side uses the system switching recognition information to cancel a burst error caused by switching.
