BOX WITH REMOVING EDGE TO TEAR OFF PART OF SHEET MATERIAL FROM ROLL OF FLEXIBLE SHEET MATERIAL STORED IN BOX

摘要

PURPOSE: To form forward teeth along a folding line separating a bottom wall from a front wall of a box and rearward teeth along a folding line between a forward sub-flap of a lid and a strip while setting a cut line at each of sheets of forming material and form a box peeling-off edge together with the cut line so as to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: In the case that a front wall 1 is bent along a bottom wall 2, a group of teeth 9 is in flush with the bottom wall 2 of a box and then they are are formed to be protruded from there over the front wall 1 of the box toward a front side of the box. The teeth 9 are formed in such a manner that they may not be protruded over the flaps 5 and 6 or may protrude slightly over them and ride over a little an outer front surface of the flap 6 fixed to the front wall 1 in particular. Similarly, when a strip 8 is bent back below the sub-flap 6, groups 11, 12 and 13 of the teeth are formed on the same plane as that of the flap 6, they are protruded out toward the bottom wall 2 of the box and they are formed such that the outer surface of the bottom wall of the box and the extremity ends of the teeth are in fact in flush with the same plane from each other.
