PURPOSE:To inexpensively track many targets at the same time by taking partial charge of regions divided by providing fast operational processing parts to monitor the same and automatically taking over the target to be tracked exceeding the boundary of the regions. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fast operational processing parts containing target tracking parts 8a, 8b, processing parts for paths of other ships 9a, 9b and display parts 10a, 10b are provided and respectively take partial charge of a plurality of the regions within a radar cover region, for example, a region near to one's own ship and a region remote from the own ship. Therefore, the regions allotted to the respective fast operational processing parts become narrow and, even if a special ultrafast operator is not used, the tracking of many targets, the calculation of the motions of the targets and the formation of display data become possible as a whole. Since the data of the target to be tracked exceeding the boundary of the respective monitor regions is taken over between two operational processing parts, tracking can be continuously performed.
