PURPOSE:To simply set an analyzing condition and to improve accuracy by carrying out simulation using gas inflow temperature, speed, etc., in a furnace as boundary conditions and an analyzed mesh shape, pressure, etc., in the furnace as initial values and obtaining optimum conditions. CONSTITUTION:Gas inflow temperature and speed in a furnace under high- pressure gas, temperature of external wall, etc., are used as boundary conditions. An analyzed mesh shape, pressure in the furnace, heater power, etc., are set as initial values and simulation is carried out to obtain optimum conditions. In the operation, pressure in the furnace is changed and heater monitor temperature is fixed by the simulation to obtain correlation between heater power and gas inlet flow velocity. Simulation is done by changing the gas inlet flow velocity corresponding to the heater power and pressure in the furnace.
