CRUDE OIL TRANSPORTATION IN ICY MARINE AREA

PURPOSE:To disuse the power for icebreaking and perform transportation regardless the weather by using a submarine tanker which can be remote-controlled by radio wave when transporting crude oil produced at a petroleum drilling terminal into an oil tanker anchored at a place where icy areas are opened. CONSTITUTION:At a petrol drilling terminal 1, a battery is charged and crude oil is loaded into a submarine tanker 6 which is floated on an opened sea level 5 or is anchored under the opened sea level 5, and after the crude oil is loaded, the submarine tanker 6 is navigated toward the anchored position of an oil tanker 10 in the water 8 under an ice field 7 while receiving the control signal of an ultra-long wave transmitted from an antenna 2 installed at the petroleum drilling terminal 1. When the submarine tanker 6 has reached the anchored position of the oil tanker, it is made to float to transfer crude oil to the oil tanker 10. The submarine tanker 6 is reciprocated between the petroleum drilling terminal 1 and the oil tanker 10 to transport crude oil to the oil tanker 10.
