CONSTITUTION:A computer 2 selects a voice mail device 5-1 from received dial information, moreover, reads the necessary information of a mail box number within the voice mail device and so on from a data base stored in advance in the computer 2, indicates to a central processor 7 to connect the incoming call of an incoming trunk 3-1 to the selected voice mail device 5-1 and transmits control information including the mail box number, the information incoming circuit, respective kinds of service information and so on to the selected voice mail device 5-1. Thus, the box device 5-1 executes storage preparation to the mail box number assigned by the computer, the preparation of service and so on and executes public voice mail service.
