THINKING SIMULATION DESIGN SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING COMPUTER

PURPOSE:To support a designer from his (or her) creative action up to expressive action and to enable the designer to execute optional thinking simulation until the simulation arrives at its goal by constructing the hierarchical structure of knowledge by a unit program. CONSTITUTION:When the designer inputs the contents of design from an input device, a unit program 1 to be executed at first is started and the program 1 is executed in accordance with the thinking area 1a of the program 1. When the execution of the program 1 is terminated, another unit program 1 is started by a link, the necessity of its execution is displayed to the designer and the program 1 is executed. In order to execute these programs 1, data stored in the knowledge area 1b of the program 1 are used as design data and the data of execution results area also stored in the area 1b. Consequently, designed data are extracted from the program 1 at the time of completing the design or on the way of the design and displayed as a three-dimensional graphic by an output hard device such as a plotter, a printer and a display device.
