摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent the breaking of a structural body caused by metal fatigue by filling between bulkhead adjacent to each other in an aircraft with foaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A foamed body 20 is adhered on the inner surface of the aluminum exterior wall 16 of an aircraft body and side faces 24 of bulkheads 12 opposing to each other. The foamed body 20 comprises resin and proper catalyst material sprayed or poured and the resin foamed. The foamed body 20 can substantially strengthen the structure of an aircraft 10 and prolong the service life of the aircraft 10 by avoiding the disaster caused by the peeling of the exterior wall 16 and the bulkheads 12 before something happens. Since the foamed body 20 can isolate heat in a fire outside the aircraft 10, personnel on the earth can engage in fire extinguish work for a long time before passengers in the aircraft become injured due to high temperature.
