LEVELING PORT OF COKE OVEN AND CLEANING DEVICE OF SMALL COVER OF LEVELING PORT

PURPOSE:To effectively clean leveling ports, by equipping a small truck to move forward and backward on a rail frame laid on a pushing machine and a truck to advance the small truck and distributing cleaning members to both the trucks. CONSTITUTION:A rail 2 laid on a pushing machine of cove oven is positioned in front of leveling ports 12 and a rotary spiral cutter 17 is moved into the leveling port. Then the truck 3 is penetrated into the leveling port having opened the spiral cutter, transferred along the inner face while being rotated by an action of a motor and being brought into contact with the lower half inner face of the leveling port to clean the inner face of the leveling port. Simultaneously, a high-pressure water jetting nozzle 25 line is moved to the other end while being oscillated and the whole surface of a small cover 24 including a knife edge is cleaned.
