PURPOSE:To search the place where a certain person is without requiring any detailed information for specifying the person related to a certain person or to search the place where the person is with high positional accuracy by calling the person to be objected and, at the same time, surely conveying the call information to the person to be objected. CONSTITUTION:A portable card 10 is connected to communication equipment 11 by means of near infrared rays and radio waves through a spatial transmission line. The equipment 11 is connected to the 1st processor 12 which is in turn connected to the 2nd processor 13. The processor 13 is provided with a storage device 15 for storing a data structure 16. The structure 16 is constituted by arranging structure bodies as elements. The processor 13 manages the arrangement by structure bodies on the basis of ID numbers. The element or variable of the structure body is the personal position information and human relation information of a person an the personal position information is described by using a position number given to each prefixed extent in a building or hall and the human relation information is described by using an ID number.
