摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten term of works by inserting a steel pipe equipped with expanding legs on its front end into a pile main body that is made by filling an outer body having an expanded bottom for foot protection with ready mixed concrete. CONSTITUTION:A tremie is inserted into an outer body 2 that is formed in a specified underground position in an excavated pit with an expanded part 1 provided on its bottom. Ready mixed concrete is poured through the tremie, and a pile main body 3 is formed thereby. A steel pipe 4 equipped with expanding legs 5-5g on its bottom is inserted into the pile main body 3 with the expanding legs 5-5g having engaging spacers 7-7g for foot protection positioned in the ready mixed concrete in the expanded bottom part 1 for foot protection. The expanding legs 5-5g and a number of engaging spacers are expanded through a push-down ring provided in the steel pipe 4, and are made integral with concrete layer. A steel pipe equipped with horizontal legs may be used for insertion. Thereby costs for execution of work can be reduced.
