PATTERN-MATCHING OPERATING STAGE AND OPERATION OF PATTERN-MATCHING

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject operating stage making possible of correctly superposing raw materials in matching with position of patterns in multilayers with matching to needle beds by providing air holes fixing pattern paper pierced holes in a fixed interval and needle beds provided for pattern matching on the air holes. CONSTITUTION:A piece of pattern paper 10 is fixed on a pattern-matching operating stage 1 by sucking with negative pressure from air holes pierced in a fixed interval and ventilation holes 16 for fixing needle beds 14 in matching with pattern drawn on the pattern paper 10 are pierced in matching with the air holes 3, then the needle beds 14 are fixed on the pattern paper 10 by negative pressure, thus many layers of raw cloth 20 are superposed and pattern matching is performed in matching with positions of needles 18 in the needle beds 14. Thereby, raw cloth materials can be superposed in correctly matching with the pattern position.
