Name ly, the information is recorded as the elemental data showing what time and how copying is performed for every job. By storing the data in an external memory 13, the information is specially analyzed by a personal computer, etc., and the characteristic of the use of every department and every copying machine is grasped so as to be used as business supporting data. Thus, the characteristic of the use form of the recording device is minutely grasped.
