MEDICAL FETCHING SYSTEM FOR SCHOOL-LUNCH DATA

PURPOSE:To eliminate a job where an operator inputs separately the school- lunch data based on a meal slip in a medical accounts system by inputting the school-lunch data to a school-lunch work control system with the meal slip and then transferring the school-lunch data to the medical accounts system. CONSTITUTION:The school-lunch data written on a meal slip 1 are inputted through an input device 21 of a school-lunch control system 2. A school-lunch work program 22 of the system 2 checks whether a medical accounts system 3 is working or not when the school-lunch data are inputted. If so, the program 22 checks whether the untransmitted data are contained or not in an untransmitted data table 24. If so, the system 2 transmits the untransmitted data to the system 3 to erase these data out of the table 24. Then the school-lunch data inputted on that day are sent to the system 3 and then processed by a medical accounts program 32 of the system 3. Then the processed school-lunch data are stored in a medical accounts data base 33 and then used for the accounts processing.
