PURPOSE:To prevent production of dust due to combustion of fine black liquor droplets by forcibly vibrating a radiating collision plate installed aslant at a prescribed angle to the central axis direction of a black hole jetting hole in a specific direction. CONSTITUTION:A radiating collision plate 20 installed aslant at an average tilt angle (theta) to the central axis direction of a black liquor jetting hole 19 is forcibly vibrated in the vertical directions 41 or parallel to the installation direction to uniformly disperse nearly homogeneous droplet groups of black liquor having a relatively large diameter from liquid film streams of the black liquor.
