PURPOSE:To obtain an intraoral cavity material, usable as a dental material and capable of removing malodor in the oral cavity by applying, blending or mixing powdered or particulate far infrared ray emitter such as tuffaceous sandstone or ceramics in a dental intraoral cavity material. CONSTITUTION:A dental intraoral cavity material is obtained by applying, blending or mixing powdered or particulate far infrared ray emitter. Tuffaceous sandstone consisting essentially of silicates or ceramics emitting far infrared rays at about 10mum wavelength are used as the aforementioned far infrared ray emitter. The above-mentioned dental intraoral cavity material is capable of acting so as to improve the blood circulation in the oral cavity with the far infrared rays emitted from the aforementioned far infrared ray emitter, mask the smell of foods and remove malodor in the oral cavity.
