WIRING METHOD OF SIGNAL CONDUCTOR FOR HOT WATER FEED PIPING AND PIPING MATERIAL FOR HOT WATER FEED

PURPOSE:To execute wiring of a signal conductor simply and inexpensively without using a messenger wire by inserting a signal conductor of insulation coated linear memory type super elastic metallic wire from one end of an arranged hot water feed pipe to the other end. CONSTITUTION:In a hot water feed piping such as a central heating system, a hot water feed pipe 1 of outward trip and a hot water feed pipe of return trip are put side by side in the mutually contacted condition, and a tape 4 having radiation heat insulating effect is wound on the outer circumference of them to combine both the hot water feed pipes 1, 2 together. Further, both pipes 1, 2 are inserted to a sheath pipe not shown in the figure to form piping material. Further, signal conductors 3 are forcedly inserted from respective one end parts of both the pipes 1, 2 to the other end parts. The signal conductor 3 is formed out of a super elastic metallic wire 31 and insulating film 32. Hereby, at increase or renewal of the signal conductor 3, it is unnecessary to use a messenger wire or to change construction of a building, and the signal conductor 3 can be arranged simply and inexpensively.
