PREPARATION SYSTEM FOR SMALL CONTRACTION SCALE MAP

PURPOSE:To automatically generates the small contraction scale map from a large contraction scale map. CONSTITUTION:This preparation system for the small contraction scale map generates 2nd drawing data 11 on the small contraction scale map which is different in display method from 1st drawing data 10 on the large contraction scale map and is equipped with a drawing retrieval part 2 which retrieves the 1st drawing data 10 in the same area with the small contraction scale map among the 1st drawing data 10 stored by areas in a map data file 1, a drawing composition part 3 which puts the 1st retrieval map data 10, and display alternation data 5 and also equipped with a drawing process part 4 which alters the respective data in the 1st composite drawing data 10 according to the display alternation data 5 and performs a thinning-out process to generate the 2nd drawing data 11. The 1st drawing data 10 of the large contraction scale map are put together the respective data are altered according to the display alternation data 5 to generate the 2nd drawing data 11 of the small contraction scale map.
