PURPOSE:To prevent an internal fluid from entering by inserting a structure of flanges screwed and fixed respectively on upper and lower sections of a shaping bar, injecting a synthetic resin material composed of a mixture of a curing agent and a foaming agent into a space formed therein, fusion bonding thereon, foaming, solidifying and then drawing out the shaping bar. CONSTITUTION:An upper section flange 2 and a lower section flange 2' are screwed on the upper and lower sections of a shaping bar 1 with flange setting screws 1a, and a release material is applied to a structure composed of components fixed with fixing screws 3 respec tively, over which a synthetic resin material composed of liquid synthetic resin mixed with a curing agent is applied in the 0.5-2.0mm thickness and half-dried. Said material is fed into a synthetic resin tube 6 supported by a shaping bar support 8 and fixed with a lower section flange fixing nut 11 to form a space 15 in which a double tube structure composed of molten foam epoxy resin fusion bonded with an epoxy resin film surface formed with a mixture of the curing agent and a foaming agent is formed. After drying, the shaping bar support 8 and the upper section and lower section flanges 2 and 2' are removed respective ly. Then, the shaping bar 1 is drawn out to manufacture an internal heat insulated tube provided with the synthetic resin tube 6 used for a straight piping.
