PURPOSE:To permit a uniform and rapid heating avoiding the need for temperature control by making up the device structure of plate heaters, resistance heating bodies and electrode plates for energizing material. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive laminated prepreg material is held between plate heaters 2 and these plate heaters are interposed between heat insulating plates 4, which are pressed between a slide 5a and a head 5b of a pressboard 5. Each of the plate heaters 2 in such a pair contains therein a resistance heating body 10 enclosed with an insulating material and the plate heaters so formed as to cover the resistance heating body 10 functions as an electrode plate 11.
