LC-INVERSION TYPE PULSE LASER STIMULATION CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an LC inversion-type pulse laser stimulation circuit with long life and higher reliability that makes it possible to obtain higher energy transition efficiency and pulse compression ratio with a simple circuit configuration and to use a semiconductor switch as a switch element. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic pulse compression circuit is configured by using a saturation transformer 14 as a reversing means for an LC inversion circuit including a saturation inductor 16 with respect to an LC inversion type pulse laser excitation circuit that repeatedly stimulates a laser by combining a switching element (semiconductor switch) 5 and a preionization gap 7, and a delay inductor 15 is connected to the primary side of the saturation transformer to set the inductance value of the delay inductor within the range where the semiconductor switch can be used as a switching element.
