CALCULATOR OF BACKFILLING GROUTING QUANTITY IN SHIELD METHOD AND CALCULATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute backfilling grouting accurately by radiating electromagnetic waves toward a bedrock from the body of a shield excavator, and performing the operation of a volume of a void based on a time necessary for zero crossing detection of a reflected wave and a forward distance of the body. CONSTITUTION:Transmitting and receiving antennas 11 and 12 are arranged on the body 2b of a shield excavator 2, and electromagnetic waves are radiated toward a bedrock 1. After that, a reflected signal having a value larger than a value prescribed in advance is detected, the zero crossing detection of the reflected signal is made, and a time necessary for the zero crossing detection is measured after the transmission. Then, a distance from the measured time to the bedrock 1 is calculated, and a volume of a void is calculated from a calculated distance and a forward distance of the shield body 2b to set a target value for a backfilling grouting quantity. The target value and the actual backfilling grouting quantity are together displayed on a displayer 30 automatically.
