INDUCTION OF ADVENTITIOUS EMBRYO OF PLANT OF BUPLEURUM ROOT

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently cultivate a plant having fixed qualities from a plant of Bupleurum root in nutrition by culturing tissue or callus in a medium containing 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid and kinetin in a specific ratio as a plant growth regulator. CONSTITUTION:Tissue or callus of a plant belonging to the genus Bupleurum is cultured in a medium containing 0.5-5ppm 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid and 0.5-5ppm kinetin as a plant growth regulator to induce an adventitious embryo of plant. The prepared adventitious embryo is transplanted in a nutritive medium not containing a plant growth regulator to induce a secondary embryo to multiply a plant from the secondary embryo.
