CULTURE OF PHANEROGAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To flower a large amount of phanerogams in excellent redifferentiation ratio, flower bud induction and flowering efficiency throughout a whole year, by redifferentiating tissue pieces of phanerogams to give reproduced plant materials, culturing the materials in another medium and flowering. CONSTITUTION:Tissue pieces of plant materials of phanerogams or tissue pieces of reproduced plant materials are culture in complete Murashige & Skoog medium containing preferably an auxin and a cytokinin to give reproduced plant materials. The reproduced plant materials are cultured in Murashige & Skoog medium not containing ammonium nitrate, myoinositol, glycerol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, nicotinic acid and thiamine hydrochloride.
