PURPOSE:To secure a Japanese paper-make tile by using a column provided with an optional-form logarithmic block and a hurdle column combined with a hurdle with a hurdle body formed as the same form with the column body, and performing the operation of forced drying after repeating storage paper-making for several times. CONSTITUTION:A column 1 provided with each block of about 8cmX8cm in size six unit in the longitudinal direction and four units in the cross direction respectively, and a hurdle 5 made up of sticking a reticulate stainless steel hurdle 8 to the top surface, as the same form with the former both are used, and there is provided a hurdle column made up of superposing this column 1 and the hurdle 5 on each support part 10 installed at both outsides of four corners of the column. Storage paper-making operations are repeated as far as four times in a vessel where a small quantity of pulp 15pt and paper material made of dispersing glue stock Nibicus manihot 3pt as paste material into centuple water. After the storage paper-making operation, the paper material stuck to a column body 2 and a column crosspiece 3 is raked up at once, the hurdle column is separated therefrom, removing the column 1, and only the hurdle 5 is mounted on a drying rack, thus a Japanese paper-make tile is secured.
