SYNTHESIZING SYSTEM FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE WITH COMPUTER GRAPHIC IN IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify three-dimensional rotary travel by supporting the three- dimensional rotary travel hard to operate by an image processing system. CONSTITUTION:When the computer graphics(CG) of a rectangular parallelopiped is synthesized with a photographic image, two planes that is a synthesizing destination in the photographic image and neighbored to each other are designated by six points by using a pointing device. Furthermore, three burnt points are calculated, and two straight lines passing a pair of two burnt points different with each other out of the three burnt points are found, and the normal vectors of the two planes of the synthesizing destination are found, respectively. Thence, the amount of rotary travel (rotary travel parameter) of the CG is calculated so as to conform the normal vector of the plane in accordance with the plane of the synthesizing destination in the photographic image to each normal vector on the plane of the CG. The image processing system generates the CG actually by using designated rotary travel, and synthesizes it with the photographic image. Therefore, the rotary travel can be efficiently performed.
