PURPOSE:To form a through hole without movement of the rotation center of a working tool by prescribing the through hole to be inserted through with a main shaft of a swash plate, with a plurality of inner faces on both end sides along the center axis. CONSTITUTION:In a swash plate 16, a through hole 23 for inserting through a main shaft 4 driven to rotate is provided, extending from a main body part 17 to a boss part 18. In this case, the through hole 23 is prescribed out of a first inner face 41 on one end side in the direction along a center axis (a)2 inclined by a prescribed angle against the center axis (a)1 of the swash plate 16 and a second inner face 42 on the other side. The first inner face 41 is a face along a first virtual right circular cone 43 of which the top and the center of bottom are on the center axis (a)2 and one end side is spread. Meanwhile, the second inner face 42 is a face along a second virtual right circular cone 44 of which the top and the center of bottom are on the center axis (a)2 and the other side is spread. The first and second inner faces 41, 42 are connected to each other on a virtual plane 46 meeted at right angles with the center axis (a)2.
