CONCRETE PILE INSTALLATION METHOD BY MEANS OF CENTER-BORING METHOD AND EXCAVATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To increase frictional strength of a pile by mixing the remainder of excavated earth with cement milk to produce soil cement while excavating a pile hole, and by interposing the soil cement between the outer circumference of a concrete pile and the pile hole. CONSTITUTION:While a pile hole 5 is excavated by an excavating device 4 inserted into the inside of a concrete pile 1, a part of excavated earth 11 is forcibly discharged via the concrete pile 1. And the remainder of the excavated earth 11 is agitatedly mixed with the cement milk supplied via an excavating device 4 to produce soil cement 14. And while the concrete pile 1 is sunk, the soil cement 14 is interposed between the outer circumference of the pile and the pile hole 5. Thus, the concrete pile 1 is automatically sunk in the center of the pile hole 1, and also the soil cement 14 can be filled around the outer circumference of the concrete pile 1 in nearly even thickness.
