METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREVENTING PACKING PHENOMENON IN SAND-MAKING CONE CRUSHER

PURPOSE:To efficiently crush raw material and to prevent the packing phenomenon due to the caking of the raw material by injecting a pressure fluid into the crushing chamber in a sand-making crusher to forcedly fluidize the raw material in the crushing chamber. CONSTITUTION:Plural pressure fluid nozzles 22 opened to the inside of the crushing chamber 10 are provided along the inner peripheral wall surface of a concave 11 in the sand-making cone crusher 1. A pressure fluid is injected into the crushing chamber 10 from the nozzles 22 to forcedly fluidize the raw material G in the chamber 10. As a result, even when a raw material having a high content of water is used, the flocculation of the raw material due to compression is released each time, cracking is efficiently performed, the product is smoothly discharged by the injected fluid, and hence the packing phenomenon due to the caking of raw material can be prevented.
