PURPOSE:To obtain curable polyorganosiloxane carrying powder having a wide application range, simple and excellent production by supporting an uncured polyorganosiloxane composition on the surface of powder. CONSTITUTION:A polyorganosiloxane composition in an uncured state is mixed with powder (e.g. silica or polyorganosilsesquioxane powder), the composition is supported on the surface of powder to give curable polyorganosiloxane carrying powder. The powder is cured to form fine powder of elastic material. The curable polyorganosiloxane carrying powder is mixed with a synthetic resin and cured to give a composition having the crosslinked polyorganosiloxane as micro-domain structure.
