PURPOSE:To generate energy in such a manner as saving resources by utilizing a circular motion followed by centrifugal force of weight so that small force can be multiplied to obtain large force. CONSTITUTION:A saw-toothed wheel 16, provided with twin blades 17 on its reverse side, is set up below a shaft center 6 of a vertical tooth No. 1 wheel 5 supported rotatably around a vertical shaft to a frame 3 so as to mount weight 9 through a lever 10 on the upper end part, and a small pawl 18, removably engaged with a saw tooth, is supported on the surface of the twin blades 17 and engaged with the saw tooth by urging force of a spring 19. A pair of supporting shafts 24 are fixed to the reverse side of the twin blades 7, and lower end parts of these shafts 24 are inserted into small size frames 22, so that operation such as oars of a boat can be given to the twin blades 17. A No.2 wheel 13 is rotatably supported about a horizontal axis in one side of the frame 3, and a transmission wheel 15, fixed to a shaft center 14 of the wheel 13, is meshed with the No.1 wheel 5. The frame 3 is rotatably supported by external pillars 1 and made rotatable through a frame small wheel 7 by operating a handle 11.
