MEASURING METHOD OF INTERACTION OF COUP TRANSFER FACTORS IN MAMMAL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To detect the defects of insulin promoter and upstream promoter transcription factor (COUP-TF) by bonding antibody bonded to at least one antigen site of biological sample and COUP-TF. CONSTITUTION: A biological sample is bonded to antibody bonded to at least one antigen site of COUP-TF. The sample/antibody mixture is measured for the antibody bond, and the coup-TF in the sample is measured. The antibody/ COUP-TF complex formed by bonding the antibody to the sample is measured. The COUP-TF is bonded to the nucleus extract obtained from the sample, the bonding amount of the COUP-TF promoter is measured, and the COUP-TF promoter is measured. Further, COUP-TF oligonucleotide is bonded to the sample, the formed COUP oligonucleotide complex amount is measured, and the original COUP-TF bondability in the sample is measured.
