PURPOSE:To send information to a scheduled opposite station in a short time by applying redialing only when a reply from an opposite station is expected against the redialing. CONSTITUTION:An error cause identification section 18 identifies whether or not a call setting fault exists due to the detection of a busy tone from an ID code stored in an error cause storage section 15 and when the ID code representing the detection of a busy tone is detected, a call section 12 outputs a redial command (a). When the ID code representing a cause other than a fault of call setting is detected by the detection of a busy tone, a redial stop command b1 outputs to the call section 12. According to the redial command, a counter revision signal is fed to a counter 19 and the counter 19 counts number of times of a dial command (a) outputted from the error cause identification section 18 to the call section. When the number of times reaches a prescribed number of times, redial stop command b2 is outputted to the call section 12.
