CORRECTING DEVICE OF CUTTING ANGLE OF QUARTZ RAW MINERAL AND STICKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the cutting off part of ore from being wasted through the standard surface with stable preciseness by achieving angle-correction, while two separated points in the worked surface of the quartz ore are pressure-moved. CONSTITUTION:The end surface 6' of a glass plate 6 is brought in contact with the glass-degree spot 3 of an angle-correcting device 8, and is fixed thereto by using an anchoring screw 7. Next, the micrometer 4 of right side is projected by the dimension corresponding to error by turning it - right. Then ore 5 is placed on the glass plate 6 with +X surface directed upward, and its Z surface 29 is brought in contact with the tips of two micrometers 4, 4', and then the raw material is stuck to the glass plate 6 at the position defined. Next, the reverse surface of the glass plate 6 to which the ore 5 is stuck, is brought in contact with the outer periphery of two degree-defining pins 9, 9 buried in a top plate 10, and both members are stuck by adhesion. Then the degree-defining base line 11 which connects two pin 9, 9' is parallel to the end surface 6' of the glass plate 6. There, when the desired angle beta of cutting is intended to be obtained, the crossing angle theta of the base line 11 with the cutting direction of a blade 12, is 90 deg.-beta, and necessary angle may be precisely obtained.
