PURPOSE:To dig up soil only by thrusting a shovel into soil and transplanting the soil by keeping rotating center of shovel to simultaneous or individual action state with fixing center and at least one movable center. CONSTITUTION:Lateral lever plate cylinders 29 and lateral shovel operating cylinders 33 are properly operated and in root digging-up operation accompanied by close motion of lateral shovels 24 by a pivot shaft 22 of fixed center and pivot shaft 37 of movable center, large rotation arc motion is operated and root digging abrasion resistance in the soil is reduced as less as possible. Thereby operation of lateral shovels is smoothed.
