PURPOSE:To enable efficient control by specifying the constitution of upper and lower controllers and the functions of the latter in holon type hybrid control which maximizes the generated energy by a high-temp. exhaust gas by air cooling sintered ore to a set temp. or blow. CONSTITUTION:A controller 7 of a manipulating device 1 for the rate of forced draft computes and outputs an operation command value U1 to the device 1 by the atm. temp., output and the temp. or detected quantity T1, M, T2 or L of the temp. or calcination completion point of the sintered ore 17 on the outlet side of a air cooling machine 20 for the sintered ore. A controller 10 of a manipulating device 15 for the rate of induced draft computes and outputs an operation command value U2 to the device 15 by the internal pressure of the air cooling machine 20 and the detected quantity P, T3 of the high-temp. exhaust gas under the above- mentioned manipulation output. The controller 10 updates the command value U2 at the control period shorter than the control period of the controller 7. The controller 10 has the functions to store the results of the paste learning independently of the manipulated variable of the controller 7 and disturbance and to make feedforward setting of the results of the learning. The control object is effectively controlled by this method and the need for the mathematical model of the process to make the feedforward control is eliminated.
