NEW MATERIAL:A fluorine-containing chiral amine and fluorine-containing chiral lithium amide expressed by formula I and formula II (R1 to R4 are H, methyl, phenyl or benzyl; Y is H, methoxy, formula III, formula IV or formula V; R1 is 1-5C fluorine-containing alkyl; n is 1-3). EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula VI. USE:A catalyst for production of chiral enol ether and precursor thereof. PREPARATION:For example, an amine expressed by formula VII is reacted with sodium methoxide in ethanol and successively reacted with ethyl fluoroacetate to afford an amide expressed by formula VIII, which is then reacted with a borane-tetrahydrofuran complex in a tetrahydrofuran solution to give an exemplified compound expressed by formula VI. A substituted cyclohexanone is subjected to asymmetric deprotonation reaction in the presence of trimethylsilyl chloride to provide the chiral enol ether in high optical yield.
