PRODUCTION OF FIBER REINFORCED PVC SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet having excellent mechanical properties and useful as a building material, etc., by impregnating a number of continuous filament aggregates with a blend consisting essentially of PVC resin having prescribed grain size while opening these aggregates. CONSTITUTION:A number of continuous filament (e.g. glass fiber) aggregates is impregnated with a blend consisting essentially of PVC resin pulverized into 20mum grain size while opening these aggregates and thermally pressed to provide the aimed sheet.
