PURPOSE:To obtain the title enamel-tone sheet by laminating an orientated polyolefin film having specific physical properties through a colored layer to one side of a specific filler-containing plastic film and forming an uneven pattern on the surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:An orientated polyolefin film 2 having =80% light transmittance and =100 surface gloss degree is laminated through a colored layer 3 to at least one side of a drawn plastic film 1 containing 10-40wt.% filler (e.g. calcium carbonate), having formed voids 4 with the filler as a nucleus and =1 apparent density, further optionally a flexible sheet is laminated to the other side of the plastic film, an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of the polyolefin film to give an imitation leather sheet having enamel-tone gloss, improved wear resistance and stain resistance free from fading of color tone.
