METHOD FOR PUTTING UNEVEN PATTERN ONTO SURFACE OF EXTRUDED HOLLOW SECTION OF ALUMINUM OR ALUMINUM ALLOY

PURPOSE:To improve the patterning efficiency by inscribing a core bar synchronizing with the rotational direction of a stamping roll and also opposed to it, to a hollow part of a section and rotating it. CONSTITUTION:A core bar handle part 1a is fixed to an erecting fixed column 4, and also to its tip, a core bar 1 for supporting axially a freely rotatable roll-shaped core bar head part 1b is fixed. A section 5 is fitted to the core bar 1, and on the upper side and the lower side of a fitted end 5b, a pair of stamping rolls 2 are provided so as to be vertical and opposed to the section 5. Also, carrying rolls 4 for pressure-welding vertically the section are provided at a suitable interval before and behind the stamp-rolls 2. The stamping roll 2 is provided with a stamping roll on the tip, and can execute an ascent, a descent and a pressure adjustment by a hydraulic pressure, an air pressure, etc. By this mechanism, the section 5 is carried between the stamping rolls 2 and the carrying rolls 3 which are rotated synchronously. According to this method, the efficiency for patterning can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
