PURPOSE:To obviate needs measuring each appointed distance with a ruler, etc., whenever badge of rank is attached, by boring a hole in the position of each fastening shaft of badge of rank and applying millimeter scale to one surface of metallic plate having radially carved lines around the holes. CONSTITUTION:Holes are bored according to the position of each fastening shaft of badge of rank in a metallic plate having various shapes according to each rank and radially curved lines for prevent looseness of each fastening button are scored around the holes. Millimeter scale for setting a prescribed distance from the root of shoulder badge is applied to one surface of the metallic plate in the length of 20mm when triangular, quadrangular or pentagonal metallic plate is used and in the length of 25mm when truck type long oval metallic plate is used.
