DISPOSAL FACILITY FOR WASTE REFUSE INCINERATION RESIDUE AND CONSTRUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To perfectly prevent the pollution of ground water due to exuded water by constituting the title facility of a pipe body having a rigid structure constructed in the ground to be closed at the lower end part thereof in a watertight manner and filled with water. CONSTITUTION:A pipe body 1 is constructed in the hole 2 excavated in the unused ground of an urban area and formed as a rigid structure constituted by connecting a steel pipe body bottom part edge 3 and a plurality of steel cylindrical pipe parts 4 and the lower end part thereof is formed into a synthetic concrete structure formed by casting water concrete on the edge 3 in order to add the function of a leading end support pile thereto and closed in a watertight manner. The pipe body 1 is used in the filling-up of waste refuse incineration residue in a water filled state and, in order to protect the pipe body from the corrosion due to the oxide compounds contained in the waste refuse incineration residue, surface treatment such as zinc plating or the lining due to a water blocking sheet made of rubber or the like is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe body 1. Then, the gap between the pipe body 1 and the wall of the excavated hole is filled with a curable water impermeable material 12 using piping 10 in order to enhance the water impermeability of the pipe body 1.
