METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY AT FRONT OF BLASTING TUYERE IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE:To detect slag boiling at front of a blasting tuyere in a blast furnace in early time and to prevent the blasting tuyere from breakage by detecting vibration developed to a blasting branch pipe with accelerometer in slag boiling at the front of the blasting tuyere in the blase furnace. CONSTITUTION:Signal outputted from the accelerometer 3 set to the blasting branch pipe 2 communicated with the blasting tuyere 1 in the blast furnace is passed through an amplifier 4 and amplificatively outputted, and successively, inputted to a filter 5, and only the signal having the prescribed frequency is passed and inputted into a rectifier 6. The rectified signal is processed with a processing device 7 and displayed in a display device 8 and also when the slag boiled is decided, an alarm is sounded with an alarming device 9, and the abnormality is announced to the operator.
