JURAKU DECORATIVE SHEET AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a JURAKU decorative sheet wherein distribution (scattering) condition of fine particles are highly uniform by providing a synthetic resin layer for adhering the fine particles provided in a dot-like or a sand-like on a base material face and a non-foamable fine particle layer on the resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A JURAKU decorative sheet is prepd. by forming a synthetic resin layer for fixing fine particles by using a rotary screen having mesh holes with a roughly round shape in a dot-like, pref. in a dot matrix-like and scattering and fixing non-foamable fine particles on the resin layer. As the fine particles adhered on the dot-like or sand-like resin layer, a product prepd. by grinding or cutting an inorg. raw material such as ceramic, a metal raw material etc., is used. To put it concretely, a base resin layer 2 is provided on a backing paper 1 and a dot-like synthetic resin layer 3 for fixing the fine particles is provided on the base resin layer 2 to prepare a sheet wherein the fine particles adhere the resin layer 3 with a high uniformity in such a way that the lower parts of the fine particles 4 are buried in the resin layer 3.
