PURPOSE:To automatically control the discharge quantity by equipping both a controlling device for controlling the rotating speed of a motor and a motor driving circuit for driving the motor. CONSTITUTION:A detection signal sent from the light receiving device 5b of a detector 5 is inputted to a controlling device 6 for the rotating speed of a motor. The quantity discharged from a nozzle per unit time is calculated on the basis of information relating to both the length of respective droplets in the vertical direction and a time of the interval between the respective droplets in the controlling device 6. The calculated amount is compared with the set value. When the calculated amount exceeds the set value or is less than it, a controlling signal is sent to a motor driving circuit 7. The number of revolutions of a motor M in a discharger 3 is controlled by the motor driving circuit 7. Thereby introduction of a robot is enabled.
