AUTOMATIC WORKING SYSTEM BY NC MACHINE TOOL GROUP

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of an accident by discriminating the contents of a program once the program is read and generating an alarm if an erroneous code is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A central controller 10 transfers work programs to plural NC machine tools respectively. Code numbers characteristic to the respective NC machine tools are written in the beginning of the respective work programs. Each NC machine tool when reading its characteristic code number starts discriminating the code. The discrimination is performed by a discriminating means 24 consisting of a relay sequence circuit. When the code supplied to the NC machine tool is correct, a confirmation relay operates to start the work program, but if the confirmation relay does not operate for a specific time, an alarm signal is generated. Therefore, the central controller 10 transfers the correct program to each NC machine tool.
