PURPOSE:To smooth a job for pressure oil supply-exhaust operation by connecting a supply-exhaust hole opening to a horizontal sliding surface of an outer side supply-exhaust ring, to another supply-exhaust hole of an inner side supply-exhaust ring via a ringlike supply-exhaust groove. CONSTITUTION:It is composed of a turning bearing outer ring, a turning bearing inner ring, a hose 29, an outer side supply-exhaust ring 31 and an inner side supply-exhaust ring 41, etc. In addition, each of ringlike supply-exhaust grooves 33A, 35A is installed on both upper and lower surfaces of the ring 31, making them correspond to both supply-exhaust hole 42, 44 of the ring 41 respectively. Next, pressure oil from a hydraulic source on a machine body is fed to a hole 42 of the ring 41 via the hose 29, an oil feed hole 32 and a groove 33A of the ring 41, whereby desired drilling operation is performed, while drain oil is discharged to a tank via the groove 35A and the hose 29. In this case, even if there is more or less slippage between both these rings 31 and 41, the sliding surface is made slidable in the radial direction, through which any load in the radial direction is constituted so as not to be produced. Consequently, supply and exhaust of the pressure oil is thus smoothly performable.
