This device used as a centralized, control-registering facility in automatic telephone exchanges. It tracks the process of billing and filling of the coin box by removing the need of processing in the electrical scheme of the coin-box telephones (CBT). The device comprises a testing bloc (1), switched to the bi-conductor lines of a CBT group (51, 52, ..., 5n). The testing bloc consists of a multiplexor (11), whose outlet is linked by an analogous-digital transformer (12) to a de-multiplexor (13), each of whose outlets is connected, respectively, to modules for billing identification (21, 22,...,2n), which are switched into a bloc for billing control (2), whose outlet is switched to a data billing bloc (31) of a microcomputer (3). It envisages a synchronous management bloc (4), connected to the multiplexor, de-multiplexor, and to an inlet for the number of the microcomputer's coin-box telephone (32). Each module for billing identification comprises a polarity exchange bloc (211, 221,..., 2n1) and a bloc for voltage control (212, 222,..., 2n2), connected to an outlet of the de-multiplexor. One outlet of the polarity replacement bloc is connected to the voltage control bloc, while the other outlet - via a bloc for starting time interval (213, 223,..., 2n3) - is connected to the voltage control bloc, whose outlet is passed directly to one inlet of an "AND" scheme (214, 224,..., 2n4). Its other outlet is passed, via a bloc for time interval formation(215, 225,..., 2n5), to the other inlet of the "AND" scheme, the outlet of which is passed to the general information billing inlet of the microcomputer.
