Non-rectangular bodies are accommodated on supports incorporating rectangular plates, on which they are held in position by fixing devices. The corners can be radiused, and the support can be used to secure a circular body such as a flowerpot, typically by means of four protrusions spaced round the latter. Alternatively, this can be done by a tapering circular recess in the support, or by a circular edge above and clear of the support and secured to it by two or more legs. As a further alternative, there can be a centring recess in the support to accommodate an irregularly-shaped body, e.g. a fish.
