PURPOSE: To provide a combined cycle power system using multiple gas turbines, a heat recovery steam generator, and a single steam turbine which causes no excessive temperature of a reheater even when unbalance between flows of main steam and reheated steam occurs. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature part of a superheater 70' has a first heat exchange surface for exhaust gas coming from at least one gas turbine 6' to enter a heat recovery steam generator 10' in the heat recovery steam generator 10', to lower temperature of exhaust gas at an inlet to a reheater 62'.
